SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
November 29, 2018
Meeting Date: Thursday, November 29, 2018, 7:00 p.m.
Location: Old Lyme Town Hall, Mezzanine Conference Room.
Committee members in attendance: BJ Bernblum, Howard Margules, Edie Twining, Sabrina Faulke, Bud Canady, Bonnie Reemsnyder, ex officio.
Additional people in attendance: Andrei Harwell, Jincy Kunnatharayil, Alex Twining, Tina Birkic, Laurie Walker.
1. Call to order. 7:00 p.m.
2. Approval of minutes. Howard Margules moves to approve, Edie Twining seconds. Motion carried.
3. Yale Urban Design Workshop. Andrei Harwell presents a draft power-point presentation created by YUDW for the public meeting to be held on December 6. The presentation is well received. There is discussion among the meeting attendees regarding the slides and the meeting format, which will include break-out group discussion groups intended to elicit reactions and comments from the public.
4. Meeting adjourns at 8:50 p.m.
